Entry 3
1. Topic
Roman Colosseum
2. Why you chose it
We have talked about it in latin class a little, but i still want to know more about the Colosseum
3. What you already know about your topic
gladiators fought in the Colosseum
Entry 4
1. Brainstorm a list of questions related to your topic.
Fat Question:How has the Colosseum affected the modern world?
When was the Colosseum built?
Who built the Colosseum?
Who used the Colosseum?
Who Built the Colosseum?
What is th Colosseuem made of?
What was the Colosseum used for?
Why was the Colosseum built?
How did people get in and out of the Colosseum?
What happened when it rained?
Was the Colosseum used for anything else besides galditorial fights?
What Architectual designs have been influenced by it?
I don't see a fat question here. What I see are skinny questions that can be answered by listing facts. Maybe a fat question could be: How has the colosseum affected the modern world? You can then answer the skinny questions that you have an add stuff like: what architectual designs have been influended by it?, etc??????
Entry 5
